Congratulations! Your interest in becoming a member of HRMA demonstrates that you desire to be the best in your field! HRMA provides HR professionals throughout the greater Albuquerque area with a forum for networking, career development and job search opportunities. HRMA is a chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management. The HRMA of NM Membership is a calendar year membership, it runs from January - December.
We are now signing up mid-year memberships, for SHRM members the membership fee is $25.00, for Non-SHRM members the fee is $50.00 and will run through the calendar year 2017. We also have Membership + Event Bundle options available.

HRMA members can join a HRMA committee. Committee involvement is an excellent way to expand your network and ensure that HRMA is providing programs and services that meet your needs.
HRMA's monthly newsletter includes timely articles about issues affecting the HR field, as well as news and information about the association. The newsletters are available online for members. Semi-Annual New Mexico State SHRM Conference is one of the premier educational opportunities for HR professionals in New Mexico. The two-day conference features a diverse program of workshops and keynote sessions with tracks for both the experienced practitioner and those new to the profession.
Seminars and Workshops are offered to members throughout the year. These programs include short, intensive workshops on a variety of timely topics to help you focus on the skills you need to success in your HR career.
