She was also an HR Manager for a nonprofit out there. She moved to Albuquerque in 2005 where she spent 11 years working in and managing the HR Consulting division at a local firm. She has enjoyed working at Southwestern HR Consulting for the last 5 years.  Alyssa has a master's degree in Human Resource Management and a Master's in Business Administration.
