It is not only the size of hurricanes that is changing. Prominent observers of global trends highlight large forces in motion that pose significant challenges to every organization. The waves of change in technology, regulation, social demographics, economic conditions, and the environment are growing in intensity and frequency. This is the ‘new normal’ that leaders must prepare their organizations to navigate. Healthy, resilient organizations will have a sustainable, strategic advantage in these conditions.

He is the coauthor of A Field Guide to Good Decisions: Values in Action and The Art of Mediation. His diverse client base includes corporations, nonprofits, foundations, universities, and government agencies. Through the Vistage International organization, he works with business leaders throughout the US and is currently guiding a worldwide organization change project for the World Health Organization.
