We will examine topics like generational communication, how to avoid "death by meeting", and share some inspirational and motivational opportunities to connect your team in an effective and strategic way.
Paul Romero, MA, CETL is a versatile and proven leader, educator and technologist who's main focus is fusing his background in pedagogy and engagement with sound technological innovation. He is known for being a passionate student of leadership who enjoys building collaborative teams focused on educational excellence.
Paul has been asked to work with many educational institutions to help build policy, protocol, mission/vision and team communication/collaboration. Some of his clients include the University of Colorado, the Colorado Community College System, the University of Texas System in Corpus, and many K-12, community college organizations, and foundations.
Paul's background has been primarily in education - from K-12 to University. He has held the titles of Dean of Technology, Associate Superintendent, Chief Technology Officer and Executive Director.
He currently serves as the Executive Director of Information Technology for Rio Rancho Public Schools and was recently the Chief Technology Officer at Albuquerque Public Schools.
