About the Facilitator
Maureen Bertolo is an author, educator, entrepreneur, conference speaker, organizational development specialist, human resources professional, and coach. She founded InResources (formerly Training Unlimited) in 1986 with a focus on human resources and organizational development consulting. She, designs customized courses and programs to help businesses maintain a competitive advantage in response to the ever-changing needs of the workforce.
