The Growth Coach of Albuquerque
Developing and working with leaders over the past 20 years has given me the insight and experience to see what works and what doesn’t. This presentation will show HR professionals how to navigate biases in their teams and organizations and how important relationship management is to the culture of an organization and its teams. This culture, when critically evaluated on a regular basis, helps identify personal and organizational biases and creates an environment that supports changing of those biases.

About Our Speaker
Corey Frasure is a goal-oriented Senior Executive and Advisor with more than 20 years of success across the nonprofit, management consulting, and marketing & advertising industries. His broad areas of expertise include integration, systems engineering, project management, and product development.

Corey held a leadership position as the Government Sales and Solutions Director with Clear-Com Communications Systems, where he determined annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends, and results. He also established sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for staff, projecting expected sales volume, and profit for existing and new products. Corey has also served as a Sales Engineer and Government Solutions Manager with Clear-Com Communications Systems, where he balanced the customer's requirements with the technical constraints and identified, negotiated, and documented business requirements.
Prior to his role as Sales Engineer and Government Solutions Manager, Corey additionally led as the Application and Sales Engineer with Clear-Com Communication Systems and the Communications Team Chief with Weapons of Mass Destruction - Civil Support Team.
Corey studied for his Master of Business Administration from Trident University International as well as earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management from Touro University International.
