Good To Great
Using diversity and inclusion intentionally to grow your team

Corey Frasure
The Growth Coach of Albuquerque

Summary

Developing and working with leaders over the past 20 years has given me the insight and experience to see what works and what doesn’t.  This presentation will show HR professionals how to navigate biases in their teams and organizations and how important relationship management is to the culture of an organization and its teams.  This culture, when critically evaluated on a regular basis, helps identify personal and organizational biases and creates an environment that supports changing of those biases.

The Learning Objectives Include:

●    What is a GREAT LEADER
●    What is BIAS
●    How do I change organizational culture
●    The math behind why this is important
