Guest Speaker:
April Patten, CCMC, CUCC, CPRW

Summary
Knowing what skills motivate you, what skills burn you out, and which skills you should put energy into further developing is crucial to job satisfaction and success!  Whether you need to identify these personally or need a tool you can use with your staff, this Luncheon will introduce a fun and easy way to identify all three.

A take away Card Sort will be provided to all registrants.

The Learning Objectives Include:

●    Learn which skills motivate you and which put you in danger of burnout
●    Identify areas for development that align with your interests and desire to improve
●    Gain a valuable understanding of how to use skills to identify positions you’ll enjoy, as well as those you’ll hate—before you put in the energy to apply or worse get stuck in a mismatched role!
●    Understand how to assess employees at your organization and use the results to improve morale, motivation, retention, and professional development offerings.
