Summary of Presentation:
Companies today are not just aiming to meet the basic compliance and legal requirements but are going above and beyond to strive to be the leader in fair pay and the most inclusive employers in their community. Although both are very similar topics, the techniques to analyze them are vastly different. Come join us to find out why and what are the differences.
The Learning Objectives Include:

• Learning Objective #2: What are the differences between those analyses?
• Learning Objective #3: How do we interpret the results of those analyses?
