Nathan Winham was born and raised in northern Arkansas. He and his family moved to Albuquerque in 2013. Prior to moving to Albuquerque he was influential in bringing Project Search to Arkansas while employed with ACCESS Schools in Little Rock, Arkansas. When Nathan was the lead facilitator for ACCESS Life, a program for adults 18-36 with cognitive, physical, social, and emotional disorders, he built business partnerships that have continued to thrive since leaving Arkansas.
In January of 2017 the concept of Restoration Pizza began. During this time, he began a dialog with Gabe Jensen, CEO of Bosque Brewing, about a new restaurant concept that served beer and pizza. The catch was employing individuals that are differently-abled in all facets of the workforce. Now, Restoration Pizza is a fully inclusive and operational restaurant that has multiple business partnerships and hopes to be a leader in the community for empowering differently abled individuals with competitive jobs and competitive salaries.
