Emotional Intelligence in the Multi-Generational Workplace

Summary

For the first time in history there are five generations co-existing in the modern workplace. This means that there’s a lot of room for miscommunication and misinterpretation. In this session, we’ll have some fun and explore how to better work together to produce meaningful work. The content in this presentation will be relevant and valuable to people at every level, in every industry.

The Learning Objectives Include:

• Explore the preferences and aspirations of the different generations co-existing in the modern workplace, giving you an understanding of where they come from.
• Hear best practices for how to best engage coworkers and clients, and why it matters to your company’s future.
• Learn tips for connecting and motivating these different groups and gain insights for how to leverage their strengths.
