Maintaining Resiliency: Recovering from Set Backs


This enlightening and interactive presentation will aid participants in assessing individual resiliency, identify the resilience of employees in their organization, review the 13 characteristics of resiliency and provide strategies of how to build and maintain resilience.

Course Objectives: Human Resource Professionals attending this program will be able to;
 
1. Identify individual level of resiliency,
2. Recognize the level of resiliency of employees in their organization,
3. Learn two ways to improve resiliency,
4. Discuss two resiliency characteristics that improve overall resiliency.

 

About the Speaker: 

Jillian Gonzales, a native New Mexican, received her Masters degree in Health Education from New York University. Most recently, Ms. Gonzales has focused on organizational change and development including workplace communication, conflict resolution, team-building and managerial development. Jillian Gonzales prides herself in providing group specific training and education in an interactive and dynamic style. She strongly believes that the best learning comes from within the group as well as her own resources. In her spare time, Jillian focuses on her home environment, family and social change.
