State of the Unions: Labor Law Changes & Union Organizing in the Southwest 2010 & Beyond

This session will update Employers on new union efforts to organize employees in the Southwest; as well as current organizing tactics and possible changes at the National Labor Relations Board that may impact how employees and unions organize, in addition to other changes to the country's labor laws. Also, we will be discussing steps employers can take to be prepared for these changes and ensure full compliance with rights and obligations under the NLRA.
