HRMA members can join a HRMA committee. Committee involvement is an excellent way to expand your network and ensure that HRMA is providing programs and services that meet your needs.
- Monthly Newsletter
HRMA's monthly newsletter includes timely articles about issues affecting the HR field, as well as news and information about the association. The newsletters are available online for members.

- Professional Development
- Annual New Mexico State SHRM Conference is one of the premier educational opportunities for HR professionals in New Mexico. The two-day conference features a diverse program of workshops and keynote sessions with tracks for both the experienced practitioner and those new to the profession.
- Seminars and Workshops are offered to members throughout the year. These programs include short, intensive workshops on a variety of timely topics to help you focus on the skills you need to success in your HR career.
- Certification study courses are available to help members prepare for HRCI's PHR/SPHR examinations, held each Spring and Fall.
